Lebara UK is looking for a Marketplace Specialist (Amazon/eBay) to optimise our sales performance on these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth and enhancing performance on Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces to attract new customers in the UK.
1. Sales Growth Strategy: Oversee and enhance Lebara’s Amazon/eBay Seller Central account to drive sales, market share and profitability.
2. Product Listings & SEO: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling, SEO- optimised product descriptions, premium A+ content and high-quality images and videos.
3. Campaign Management & Optimisation: Develop, execute, and refine full-funnel AMS & DSP campaigns to drive performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key advisory role in Prime Video campaigns to maximise their effectiveness.
4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyse product rankings and sales performance, using data- driven insights to optimise results, ensuring monthly new acquisition targets are met within the allocated budget.
5. Customer Feedback & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
6. Platform Ownership: Oversee and manage all Marketplace seller and advertising platforms, ensuring accounts and campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
7. KPIs: Ensuring that monthly new acquisitions, CPA, market share and upper-funnel (awareness and consideration) targets are achieved within the allocated budget.
Person Specification
Technical Skills
Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other relevant platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Power BI, or similar tools.
Non-Technical Skills
Proven ability to effectively manage budgets and optimise campaign performance exceeding £500k on AMS, DSP & Prime Video.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data for decision making.
Excellent knowledge of Amazon's algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Experience with Amazon advertising and promotional tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
