About Role

The Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimising paid social media campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media  advertising ideally within the Mobile & Telecommunications sector.


Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine Lebara UK's paid social media strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

2. ManagemeCampaign nt & Optimisation: Develop, execute, and refine full-funnel social media campaigns to drive performance and efficiency.

3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyse key campaign metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.

4. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, providing input to develop engaging and high-performing ad content.

5. Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain effective, innovative, and compliant.

6. Platform Ownership: Oversee and manage all Social media advertising platforms, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

7. KPIs: Ensuring that monthly new acquisitions, CPA and lower/mid-funnel (reach and traffic) targets are achieved within the allocated budget.


Person Specification

Technical Skills  

Hands-on experience with Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and Pinterest Tag for tracking and optimising campaign performance 


Non-Technical Skills

Proven ability to effectively manage budgets and optimise campaign performance exceeding £1M. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Creative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. 

Commitment to aligning campaigns with overall business goals and brand identity. 

Knowledge of organic social media strategies to complement paid campaigns. 


Experience 

Proven hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably within the telecommunications sector or subscription-based businesses.
