Responsibilities


You will work in Network Application Platform (NAP) where we build, operate, and manage mobile core networks for Lebara. You will be part of Quality Assurance and Compliance team where you will test and ensure network quality for various components such as PGW, OCS, SMSC, HLR/HSS etc. 

You will be responsible for: 

• 24/7*365 Monitoring of the following (but not limited to): 

a. Infrastructure Monitoring e.g. Network Circuits, Servers (Date Centre Hosted & CloudHost) 

b. Application Monitoring e.g. New Relic, PRTG, etc. 

c. Business Monitoring e.g. Volume Drop in Calls, Topups, Opt-in, etc 

• Preparing maintaining and executing test plans. 

• Performing regression testing. 

• Performing post release testing in live environment 

• Responsible for Bug Reporting within defect life cycle. 

• Ensure all relevant quality processes and governance processes are adhered to and a full audit trail and test evidence is available. 

• Perform First Level Troubleshooting for Single Customer Tickets coming into Technology 

• Perform Security Patching on AWS and Azure hosted Servers. 

• SLA and Performance reporting 

• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners and vendors
