Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize wholesale roaming contracts to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Develop and communicate retail and wholesale strategies to enhance roaming performance.
• Conduct retail pricing analysis to support pricing strategies and market positioning.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and internal teams.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for C-suite executives, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in roaming services.
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize data and track performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including eSIM technology, to leverage new opportunities.
• KPIs will be the growth of Roaming within a FMVNO / Roaming Sponsor environment
Skills:
- Proven experience in wholesale roaming management.
- Strong understanding of contract management and negotiation.
- Knowledge of steering mechanisms and retail pricing strategies.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and departments.
- Knowledge of a Full MVNO or eSIM business
- Familiarity with eSIM technology is an advantage.
- Experience in creating dashboards and visualizing data for reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
