Lebara operates under the Full MVNO model in France and Germany and Light MVNO model in its other markets with the UK and the Netherlands preparing to move to full MVNO.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer specializing in UK MNP Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MNP technologies, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a proven track record of resolving MNP faults efficiently. As a MNP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our MNP infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, minimizing customer complaints via fixit tickets.
Key Responsibilities
• To be a good team player in handling MNP fixit tickets.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve faults in the MNP components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse MNP issues and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with external MNO operators in fixing the MNP broadcasting files.
• Proactively analysing the errors in the broadcasting files and fixing the same.
• Good in handling call and SMS related issues arises due to MNP
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring faults in MNP systems
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MNP procedures, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Create and update knowledge base articles for internal use and reference.
