Ensure campaigns are always optimised for CPA, ROI, and conversion rate targets
Own the full online customer journey across web and app, ensuring content, product descriptions, landing pages, and messaging are always accurate and market appropriate.
Work with design and content teams to deliver high converting, localised, and user-friendly content.
Partner with the Product team to roll out new features, enhancements, and customer journeys across markets.
Support A/B tests and experiments to validate improvements.
Track market-level KPIs and build weekly/monthly dashboards to drive transparency and decisions.
Lead annual and quarterly digital budget planning for all markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in digital performance marketing, online operations, or growth roles — ideally in telecom, travel, or a digital-first business.
Comfortable managing multiple markets, channels, and partners at the same time.
Strong understanding of paid media, conversion rate optimisation, analytics tools, and online consumer behaviour.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
Commercial and growth mindset
Experience in telecoms, travel, or scaling app-based/digital subscription products.
Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, UX optimisation, and localisation for international markets.
Ability to build business cases, forecast performance, and manage digital budgets.
Familiarity with using CMS tools and collaboration with Product/Tech teams.
