Lebara is a telecommunications company providing services using the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) business model to customers in the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France and Denmark. Additionally, Lebara has license agreements for the use of the brand in further four global markets Spain, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and Australia with Nigeria launching soon. Lebara was founded in 2001 with the intent to bring something new to the telecoms industry. Created by three entrepreneurs who migrated to Europe from Sri Lanka, the company name was formed from a combination of the founders’ surnames, and Lebara quickly became one of the fastest-growing MVNOs in Europe.
Lebara became private equity owned in 2017 and our current owners Waterland acquired the business in Nov 2024. Lebara is a business on a transformation journey which has and continues to achieve results and under our new ownership the business is moving from a consolidation phase to a growth phase.
Lebara’s business has evolved based on its customers’ needs, from providing international calls to the migrant community, to becoming a significant value challenger within the wider telecoms category. Lebara offers prepaid and SIM-only mobile tariffs, and in 2017, Lebara launched its first postpaid monthly contract SIMs in the Netherlands. Lebara operates under the Full MVNO model in France and Germany and Light MVNO model in its other markets with the UK and the Netherlands preparing to move to full MVNO.

Role Purpose
Lebara is hiring a campaign manager on adobe campaign classic tool, managing the French market campaigns
Key Responsibilities
The role sits in Lebara’s offices at India, but you’ll be working closely with the French country team that is responsible for base management and retention to improve customer experience, enhance the customer value and reduce churn.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs of workflows inside Adobe campaign.
- Working with internal stakeholders (French country team) and database team to define and manage ad-hoc CRM communications, not limited to SMS, email, and push channels.
- Creating, checking, and deploying email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic Tool, our CRM platform
- Understand, customize, and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
- Creating accurate target audiences for each message
- Daily monitoring of the running campaigns / reporting and resolving failures.
- Assisting with the design and creation of promotions, automated messaging, campaigns, and events using Stripo but other tools are very close
- Creating web personalization via Adobe Target
- Need to create web-app on adobe campaign, create surveys and ability to create Javascript code
- Weekly performance reporting on the main KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions, etc) and capability to extract data and make deep analysis
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of CRM or email marketing expertise
- Good communication skills and ability to lead CRM initiatives independently knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic is mandatory
- Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform
- Expertise driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Competency in coding Javascript, HTML and CSS is desirable
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A desire to work across multiple channels and to be involved in designing and delivering marketing automation
- Knowledge/experience of rolling contract/ Saas/ecommerce business highly desirable ·
- Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organization highly desirable
