We are undertaking a Campaign communication through Adobe Campaign classic at Lebara and as communication becomes fundamental to what we are doing, the ability to have the right data in the right place at the right time, that is accurate and consistent is essential for the campaign we delivering to customers(Promotional and Transactional).
This role will play a really important central role within this evolving landscape, working alongside the Technology Team and the Stakeholder and marketing strategist to orchestrate and facilitate good and seamless management of the CMT platform. You will work alongside the CRM Managers, Campaign Executive, Country wise Marketing heads, Data and Analytics team and assist them by listening to the business and challenging the Marketing Strategist for continuous improvement of processes within the Technology area.
You will have to be competent in communicating to the Business as well as technical teams to capture requirements for new platform and solutions and translate them into the technology team to make sure these requirements are accurately developed into technical solutions that can be developed, tested, integrated and documented
Skills & Experience:
1. 8+ years of experience in End to End implementation experience with Adobe Campaign Classic
2. Work with Stakholders to assess requirements
3. Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows
4. Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
6. Excellent knowledge of Marketing Management across multiple Channels (Email, Mail, SMS, PUSH etc)
7. Application Integration/Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP & messaging patterns)
13. Familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, and Apache Tomcat. – Handling serverConf file, IP whitelisting, and service management commands on servers.
14. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
15. Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS and related technologies
16. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution
17. Adobe Campaign Classic Developer strongly preferred
18. Nice to have other Marketing Automation Platform tool experience
