1. 24/7*365 Monitoring of the following (but not limited to):
o Infrastructure Monitoring e.g. Network Connectivity, Servers , Containers and more.
o Application Monitoring e.g. Application response time, back end errors and more.
o Business Monitoring e.g. Volume Drop in Calls, Topups, Opt-in, etc
2. Perform First Level Troubleshooting for Single Customer Tickets coming into Technology
3. Perform Security Patching on AWS and Azure hosted Servers.
4. SLA and Performance reporting
5. Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners and vendors
