Junior HR Executive

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation.

Post-Recruitment Activities:
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in probation review and confirmation processes

Payroll Administration:
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR policies implementation and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 year of experience in HR functions
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll systems, and HR policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
