Lebara needs a talented Product Management leader to define, lead and own our product strategy across our range of mobile products, chat, web, app and bot. This role will lead our product experience across our operations in our five European markets to deliver best in class customer experience and commercial performance. Managing a team of product managers the role will bring deep product expertise, a proven ability to deliver results, a collaborative approach to working with others and strong leadership skills. As a member of the Commercial leadership team this role will help shape our commercial thinking and will be critical in building Lebara’s future.
1. Define, lead and own our product strategy, work across Lebara to set a clear, impactful vision and strategy with supporting objectives.
2. Deliver commercial success from our products, defining commercial ambition, identifying commercial opportunities and using products to drive commercial growth
3. Identify key customer pain points & opportunities and lead cross-functional efforts to improve product experience and customer journeys using our products such as App, Bot, Web
4. Ensure products are fit for go to market deliver best in class experiences and are managed in life to keep ahead of the market
5. Define KPIs for each of our products and work relentlessly to ensure they are delivered including measuring the impact on the P&Ls of our five European markets
6. Support our five European markets to exploit our products to deliver outstanding customer experience, commercial results and drive growth for Lebara
7. Provide thought leadership on all product matters, best practice, ways of working and process to ensure Lebara has a world class product approach
8. Lead a team to product managers providing strategic alignment, outstanding leadership and helping the team to grow and develop in line with the Lebara values
9. Establish and embed a consistent approach to product management and development within Lebara
10. Work closely with Technology to align delivery to customer and business priorities
ESSENTIAL:
1. Demonstrable experience as a successful Product leader in a fast paced commercial environment & with a track record of leading successful teams
2. Commercial leadership with a track record of commercial success and driving growth through products
3. Proven success record of delivering results through product ownership
4. A user and customer experience focused mindset, with a strong understanding of how consumers will engage with products
5. Strong digital skill set and experience with an ability to drive a digital experience strategy, adoption and results
6. Outstanding communication & collaboration skills able to work across teams, countries and all levels of seniority within a matrix organisation·
7. Commercially focussed with a proven ability to deliver commercial results and ownership of the impact of product on the P&L of the business
8. Strategic and data driven with a delivery focus and bias for action. Able to use data and insights to make decisions while being able to prioritise and get things done
