Lebara is hiring a campaign manager on adobe campaign classic tool, managing the Travel eSIM.
Responsibilities:
The role sits in Lebara’s offices in India, but you’ll be working closely with the Travel eSIM team based in London.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs of workflows inside Adobe Campaign.
• Working with internal stakeholders (Germany country team) and database team to define and manage ad-hoc CRM communications, not limited to SMS, email, and push channels.
• Creating, checking, and deploying email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic Tool, our CRM platform
• Understand, customise, and optimise the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
• Creating accurate target audiences for each message
• Daily monitoring of the running campaigns/reporting, and resolving failures.
• Assisting with the design and creation of promotions, automated messaging, campaigns, and events using Stripo, but other tools are very close
• Creating web personalisation via Adobe Target
• Need to create a web-app on Adobe campaign, create surveys and the ability to create JavaScript code
• Weekly performance reporting on the main KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions, etc) and the capability to extract data and make deep analysis
Skills:
• 5-7 years of CRM or email marketing expertise
• Good communication skills and ability to lead CRM initiatives independently
• Good knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic is mandatory
• Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform
• Expertise in driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Competency in coding JavaScript, HTML and CSS is desirable · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A desire to work across multiple channels and to be involved in designing and delivering marketing automation
• Knowledge/experience of rolling contract/ Saas/e-commerce business highly desirable. Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation is highly desirable.
