What will you do?
As a Sales Support Specialist at Lebara, you will be responsible for various activities essential to the smooth operation of sales and partner support. Your tasks will include:
- Commission and bonus administration: Preparing commission statements for both postpaid and prepaid customers.
- Support for Partner and Account Managers: Handling incidents, providing general B2B support, and setting up new processes for partners.
- Portal management: Managing and maintaining the partner portal, including input for new features and troubleshooting.
- Ad-hoc support: Providing temporary support during peak times, such as system outages or new product launches.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecom sector or in sales support.
- You have excellent Excel skills, including working with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. It’s important that you can work quickly and accurately with large data sets.
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with administrative processes.
- You are a strong communicator with experience supporting both internal teams and external partners.
- You are familiar with working with systems and portals and can quickly learn new tools and processes.
